Spruce Painting, Inc. is looking for an experienced Senior Sales Painting Estimator who wants more than just another sales job.

As our Senior Sales Estimator, you'll be the face of Spruce Painting throughout the sales and estimating process.

You'll have the opportunity to:

• Build Relationships: Connect with homeowners, builders, designers, and property managers to establish confidence and long-term business relationships.
• Win Exciting Projects: Meet prospective clients, understand their vision, and present solutions that demonstrate the value of premium workmanship.
• Estimate with Confidence: Conduct property evaluations, review architectural drawings, calculate takeoffs, and develop accurate project estimates.
• Create Winning Proposals: Prepare detailed, professional proposals that communicate project scope, value, and expectations.
• Grow Your Network: Develop new opportunities through builder relationships, industry contacts, and referrals.
• Deliver an Exceptional Client Experience: Maintain clear communication, follow through on commitments, and create the kind of experience that leads to repeat business.

We're looking for someone who combines  sales ability, construction knowledge, painting product knowledge and exceptional people skills .

You'll be a strong candidate if you have:

• Proven success in construction-related sales, estimating, painting, or residential home improvement.
• The ability to build rapport with sophisticated, high-end clientele.
• Confidence presenting proposals, negotiating projects, and closing sales.
• Experience reading construction plans and architectural drawings.
• Strong attention to detail when developing estimates and project scopes.
• Excellent communication, organization, and follow-through.
• A self-motivated, results-oriented approach with a genuine desire to succeed.
• Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office and estimating or CRM platforms.
• Experience using STACK estimating software.
• A valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Commute of 40 minutes or less required.

Advantage If You Bring:

• 7+ years of experience in painting, construction, or related industries.
• Experience estimating luxury residential or custom home projects.
• Established relationships with builders, designers, or property managers.
• A track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
