Job Description
Opportunities for a Sub Contractor who owns a Mini Van for an open route that starts in Grand Island, NE and ends in North Platte.
The potential candidate can reside here in Tri Cities or North Platte. You must have a mini van however 3-4 days a week the route can be done in a car to save on fuel.
This route runs Mon-Fri. Typically the route runs 7:00 a.m-11:30 a.m and pays a daily rate of $200 day. The contractor will be delivering plastic totes to Businesses in North Platte (3 stops) and 1-2 days a weeks delivers to Walmart in Lexington on the way to North Platte. You'll also pickup any empties or returns from the previous day.
Contractor is responsible for expenses which includes fuel and averages $35 day with current fuel prices. When fuel prices average over $3.20 gallon we have a fuel assist program that helps out some and is currently $60-$70 back to the driver.
