We’re seeking a qualified Commercial Paint Estimator

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Commercial Paint Estimator located in Phoenix, AZ. The Commercial Paint Estimator will be responsible for accurately analyzing project requirements and preparing detailed cost estimates for commercial painting projects. Daily tasks include reviewing project specifications, performing take-offs, collaborating with project managers, identifying paint systems and materials, preparing bid proposals, and maintaining relationships with clients and vendors to ensure the timely and accurate submission of estimates.

Qualifications

• Experience in estimating, cost analysis, and project management within the commercial painting industry
• Knowledge of painting techniques, materials, application processes, and safety protocols
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Proficiency with relevant software such as OST & QB estimating software, Microsoft Excel, and project management tools
• Ability to read and analyze blueprints, specifications, and construction documents
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and client relationship management skills
• Valid driver's license and ability to visit job sites as needed
• Prior experience in a similar role or within the painting or construction industry is highly beneficial
